Shipping Policy
Prices
- All prices are listed in US dollars (USD).
Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days upon receipt of payment.
- Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email that includes a digital invoice and tracking information.
U.S. Orders
- All U.S. orders are shipped via USPS.
- Packages are automatically insured for up to $100. Please note that insurance does not cover packages that have been scanned and marked as delivered. To learn more about USPS insurance or file a claim, visit USPS Claims.
International Shipping
- We offer international shipping to most countries.
- Delivery times for international orders vary depending on the destination, typically taking 7–14 business days. Customs duties and fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
- Please carefully review all shipping and billing addresses before placing your order.
- Mystics & Sages, LLC is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect shipping information.
- If you need to update your address after placing an order, please contact us at hello@mysticsandsages.com. While we will do our best to accommodate updates, changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has been processed.
Missing Mail
- Mystics & Sages, LLC is not responsible for items marked as undeliverable, lost, stolen, or unclaimed. If you believe your package is missing, visit USPS Help Request Form and follow the steps provided. After completing the help request form, email us at hello@mysticsandsages.com for further assistance.
Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refunds
- Refunds are available for items that arrive damaged, defective, or significantly different from their description.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
Non-Refundable Items
- Gift cards, sale items, and custom or personalized orders are non-refundable.
Refund Process

- Once approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
Returns Policy
Earring Returns
- For hygiene purposes, returns on earrings are only accepted if the items are deemed defective or inaccurately described.
Returns from Retailers
- We do not accept returns for items purchased from a retailer. These must be returned directly to the retailer.
General Return Guidelines
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email hello@mysticsandsages.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- Upon approval, you will receive a return address and instructions.
- Ship the item back using a trackable method.
Exchanges
- We do not offer exchanges at this time. To replace an item, please initiate a return and place a new order.
Processing Returns
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
