U.S ORDERS
All US orders are processed via USPS

All US orders are typically processed within one to two business days upon receipt of payment. As stated all orders are shipped via USPS. After the order has been processed you will receive a confirmation email that includes a digital copy of your invoice, and the tracking number for your order.

Please note that all items shipped via USPS are insured automatically for the first $100.00. This however does not include packages that are scanned and have been marked as delivered. You can find out more about USPS insurance, or file a claim here.

Mystics & Sages, LLC will not refund items that have been unclaimed, lost, stolen, or otherwise marked as undeliverable.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please carefully review all shipping and billing addresses before placing an order. Mystics & Sages, LLC is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses.

If after placing an order you submit a request to update the shipping address there is no guarantee that the shipping address will update before shipping. Please submit inquiries to hello@mysticsandsages.com.

MISSING MAIL

Mystics & Sages, LLC will not refund items that have been unclaimed, lost, stolen, or otherwise marked as undeliverable. If you believe your package is missing, follow the link here.
